I called this company to look at a roof problem I had and it took them over a week to get back to me. After I called back to find out what was going on, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I ended the call and never got a call back from him. Joe, the owner, doesn't seem to have any customer service skills or follow through. I would recommend avoiding Joe and his company unless you are looking to the have the ball dropped on you and your family.
