Update: stopped in Sunday, they told us the mattress wasn't even at their location, when I told them this was ridiculous they said they were going to run their store how they wanted to.
Horrible service, setup delivery for a Friday, after they didn't show up, they said it was a mistake and they wouldn't be able to deliver it until the following Wednesday (we got rid of the old bed Friday morning), but we could pick it up. We told them we would come pick it up on Saturday, they said no problem. We got to the store a little after 11 and the store was closed, even though they post their hours on the store as 10 to 4 on Saturday. Ridiculous.
Update 2:They ended up jerking us around until Wednesday, still no mattress but they did promptly refund our money, after going 6 days without a mattress.
