I am sorry to hear about your bad experence at our wash. Your review was written 7 years ago and we have changed a few systems. However, to further help us you could fold your mirrors in before you enter the wash and as you exit past the last drier you could unfold them. We have more manual mirrors come into our wash and it is habit for us to fold them on trucks, so that they don't get damaged. Also during our busy times we do staff more people. If City Car Wash reads this, maybe you should consider having more than one person at the drying area of the wash, this would drastically improve quality.
I have been to the City Car Wash four times now, displeased every time. I purchase the works so that I get the best wash possible, the vehicle comes out dirty and wet every time. Also, my vehicle has power fold in mirrors, and I have informed them of this twice, yet they continue to force them open at the end of the wash, and closed at the beginning.
