I was on my way home to Black River Falls, Wi. fro an elk hunting trip in Colorado. At about 1:30 A.M Monday morning on I-90 my waterpump broke and other damage ensued. I was towed off the freeway and asked to be dropped at the Dodge garage if possible. The tow driver said they had one in Austin. He dropped me off at the service entrance DOA, my truck was full of fresh meat and I was worried. That morning at about 7:00 A.M. the service manager showed up, talked to me about my plight and said not to worry they would take care of it for me. And take care of the problem they did. Terry Falch assigned Brad Fink to do the repairs. Brad not only did repairs necessary but went over the truck even to the tires to make sure all was well and I was on my way home before noon. The elk meat was saved and so was my truck by Holiday and their fine staff. Thank you ever so much. I now know I need to go to Holiday in Austin, Mn. when I need to buy another vehicle.
Great service here.
I'd give them 1 for having friendly salesmen, otherwise I am in the middle of a terrible experience with them. October 15 this year I bought a used Chrysler Town and Country from them. I had some concerns that day, no carfax, bad bondo job, they hadn't cleaned it, and several times being told I had an as-is warranty. I bought it anyway. And now 32 days later found out I need a entire new radiator! And they are refusing to help. I got a sorry Holly our hands are tied, you have an as-is warranty. He knew the day I came in my van had just died, that I am a single mother of 3 and really needed a reliable vehicle so to walk away with a van and now a month later to be in the same boat, they'll NEVER get any of our families business again. This was our 1st and last time dealing with them.
They are assholes. Rude snobie and impolite. They LIE about what they do to your car. We bought a van and they were mean to us. They acted as we were not worth there time cuz we were not spending thousands of dollars. They said they took our fuel injectors off and cleaned them. We get home and look they were never touched. Had to keep at them to send our tilte to the court house. If not buying a new car then they will sale you a lemon. I have never been mistreated so bad before. The worst part is that we have 3 kids and they said the van is safe, the day we bought it, was backfiring. Barely made it home. Called them back and they did not even care. They change there stories so much. And they are LAZY. We have had this van now for almost a year and now we need to junk it cuz the rack and pinion is going out and the oil pan leaks and the transmission leaks and the gear shifting box leaks for the tranny. And they said it was well maintained. I guess our 2100 is pocket change to them at least this time they were nicer to me on the phone I just wish the were more trust worthy
I am trying, in vain, to get a recall fix done. I called them, and the said they had the part. I offered to provide my VIN since recall R03 has multiple parts. They said no need, they had the part in stock. So I take 3 hours of PTO and drive 45 miles to them. Well, guess what, they don't have the part. I've called multiple times, left messages, and never hear back. I've asked to speak to the customer service manager, general manager, or owner. Apparently they don't exist. Holiday cars screwed up big time, and refuses to communicate to fix the problem.
