The staff in the office is extremely nice. However they are over priced. I took my dog in to get a vaccine and it was administered as a series. I was told that I would only be charged the office fee once since it was a series. Nope. I got charged twice and when I went to argue they acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. The shot itself was only $10. The office charge was $40. I guess they have to pay for that new building somehow. Dr. Williams is partial to cats and didn't seem overly thrilled to help with my dog.

I have had exceptional service and the vet was extremely helpful when I needed assistance with my animals. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
I wonder if Holly got the right place. First off, it's not a new building, it's been in the same place for many years. Secondly, the office call is $15.00, which is really cheap compared to other places I've lived. There is also Austin Vet Clinic, which IS a newer building, and when I called today they told me the office fee was $30.00.
