Poor work and service. I brought in a piece of luggage to be repaired and I was unhappy with the quality with the work. I requested my money back and I was refused. If you need shoes or leather repaired, go elsewhere.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. Actually I'm going back today for insoles. They've done great work me.
