I called had Patterson plumbing and they sent some guy named Mike out. He sneak one of the 5 drains in my basement and left. Now my sewer is backed up again. Less than a week later. Patterson Plumbing says that I have to call Mike. And of course I can't get Mike to answer the phone or call me back. Patterson told me that, sneaking the drains isn't guaranteed. And I don't have money to pay them to come back out. Or to hire somebody new. So they not only took my money but, my children and I have to sit in a house with the smell of the sewer in the basement!

Seems Dave has had to return to fix errors his employees made. Difficult to reach on the phone. Doesn't return calls. Still have plumbing needs to be done. Will be calling someone else.
