I'm only putting one star because it wouldn't let me put zero. I went to this location to pick up an order. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while they remade 7 pizzas. One of the workers was cursing at a another worker. My order took over an hour to be made. 2 of the remakes were mine. I won't be returning to this location as there are places with better service around the same price.
They make good pizza but tend to be inflexible when handling issues and don't take a pro-customer point of view on a lot of things, in particular to correct their mistakes. Today they called exactly 15 minutes after I'd placed an order to tell me they'd run out of an ingredient for something I ordered, I told them I would call them back after discussing with my girlfriend what we'd like to do. I called back a minute later and asked for free delivery as an accommodation which we thought was reasonable for the long wait to even be called about the issue, and the manager declined. This is the second time they have declined to do something simple to make up for a service failure I've experienced. I will probably still shop there when they have good deals but I don't see any reason to go there over their competitors, the management doesn't seem really customer-friendly. The delivery guys are always super nice though.
I love ordering online. The web site is so simple. Coupons are right at your fingertips. Highly recommend!
