The agent that answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak with someone else and she continued to be argumentative. Finally, I had to respond similarly, which is not my nature, in order to get anything accomplished. I would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone. So disappointing for a small town!!
