Bad customer service
Gym is ok, but they make it very hard to leave! I have left multiple messages over the last few months asking to cancel my membership and they keep charging me.
Great place, has everything you need, cheapest annual membership in the area
Expect to get what you came for.
So glad we found this gym after moving to Austin! It honestly feels like family when we are there. Everyone is so supportive and fun. We honestly miss it when we are out of town.
