I've walked into this store a few times throughout the months and the manager there hasn't been able to assist me, and tells me its not Verizon's problems that my phone has mechanical issues even though its something I have no control over. Just plain laziness and putting no effort into helping me with my issues.
Greg is an awesome sales person very friendly and very Knowledgeable on his electronics. Went in there to buy A Phone and walked out with 3 phones and A Tablets with a great offers. This is a great store with great staff. They all deserve an A+++++++
I went in paid a phone bill of $191.00 and they applied my money towards another person's account. I understand that mistakes happen, but it has been 4 months now and I still have an overdue fee, I've been collecting late fees each month that I've been paying, and I have had unreturned phone calls multiple times. They have told me multiple times that it will take 2 weeks to fix and it is still unfixed. Adam was very helpful when I spoke to him one time as well as Marcus, but still have unresolved issues which is frustrating. I have contacted corporate Verizon which cannot help because they use different systems, corporate TCC and they say they can not help with anything on their end, but they did offer to at least call the store. It is still an unresolved issue and to be honest I don't expect it to be resolved any time soon with my past experience. I would not recommend even going in to pay a bill. I learned I will be doing it all online from now on!!
I RECOMMEND VERIZON WIRELESS LOCATION ON: 14TH ST NW AUSTIN, MN NEXT TO TARGET. THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND THESE GROUP OF WORKERS ARE FOCUSED ON PROFESSIONALISM.

After a week getting the run around with Verizon online and customer support via phone, I was about ready to give up in verizon. Luckily, I stopped in and am so grateful that I did! Steve went above and beyond what he needed to! Fantastic customer service! Fun staff!
