Needs to have more registers open for checking out customers but over all great customer service
This Walmart is the newest Walmart with in a 70 miles of our town. ( Carpenter Iowa) This Walmart is also the smallest one too. Day crew are jerks but nice crew is nice.
Pros: 1. Open 24/7. 2. Self-checkout is quick and easy.
Cons: 1. There are more people working over night than during the day. 2. I guess number 1 was my biggest concern. I've been in the store 3 times during the day when I needed assistance, and each time it took walking through half the store to find someone. When I did find someone they had to call someone else to actually help me.
The only thing I dislike about this Walmart is that there is not more than two checkout lanes open. Even the self checkout lanes have long lines. Other than that, I love there prices, I shop here for most of my necessities.
Always long lines. Never enough employees on staff. Always have to go search for them. This is all Walmarts though. Open more lanes amd have more people on staff.
In conclusion, if I need to buy a few items relatively cheap I like going there at 3 am.
